Q LOUNGE PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: September 11, 2026
DJMAX Co., Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of Q Lounge, respects the privacy of its Users and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, including the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea.
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, disclosed, and protected in connection with Q Lounge.
Article 1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to personal information processed in connection with Q Lounge, including its account services, wallet-related functionality, daily check-in and Random Reward programs, community and chat features, MAIQ-related content, and other services provided through Q Lounge.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to independent third-party services that are governed by their own privacy policies.
Article 2. Personal Information We Process
Depending on the features used by a User, the Company may process the following categories of information.
1. Account Information
Information provided or generated when a User registers for or uses Q Lounge, such as:

Account identifier;

Username or display name;
-
Email address, if required or provided;
-
Profile information; and
-
Account creation and login information.
The specific information collected may vary depending on the registration method and features provided by Q Lounge.
2. Wallet and Blockchain Information
When a User connects or uses a blockchain wallet, the Company may process information such as:

Public wallet address;
-
Supported Blockchain Network information;
-
Publicly available blockchain transaction information; and
-
Information necessary to verify wallet connection or ownership.
The Company does not require Users to provide their private keys or seed phrases.
Users should never disclose private keys or seed phrases through Q Lounge, including through the Chat Service.
3. Service Usage Information
The Company may automatically generate or collect information relating to the use of Q Lounge, including:

Login and access records;
-
Date and time of access;
-
Device and browser information;
-
IP address;
-
Service usage history;
-
Feature interaction records;
-
Error and diagnostic information; and
-
Security-related records.
Such information may be processed where necessary to operate, secure, improve, and troubleshoot Q Lounge.
4. Check-In and Reward Information
When a User participates in daily check-ins or Reward programs, the Company may process:

Check-in history;
-
Participation records;
-
Reward eligibility information;
-
Random Reward results;
-
MQP or Point balances and history; and
-
Reward distribution records.
This information may also be used to prevent duplicate participation, automated abuse, manipulation, fraud, and other violations of Q Lounge policies.
5. Chat and Community Information
When a User voluntarily uses the Chat Service, the Company may process:

Messages and other Content submitted by the User;
-
Username or profile information associated with messages;
-
Date and time of messages;
-
Reports submitted by or concerning Users; and
-
Information reasonably necessary for moderation, security, abuse prevention, and enforcement of the Terms of Service.
Users should not disclose passwords, private keys, seed phrases, financial credentials, identification numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the Chat Service.
6. Customer Support Information
When a User contacts the Company, the Company may process information contained in the inquiry, including contact information, account information, correspondence, screenshots, and other information voluntarily submitted by the User.
Article 3. Purposes of Processing Personal Information
The Company may process personal information for the following purposes:

Creating and managing User accounts;

Authenticating Users and maintaining account security;

Providing and operating Q Lounge;
-
Providing wallet-related functionality;
-
Operating daily check-in programs;
-
Determining and distributing Random Rewards;
-
Managing MQP and other Points;
-
Providing Chat and community functionality;
-
Displaying and operating MAIQ-related content and services;
-
Responding to User inquiries and customer support requests;
-
Detecting and preventing fraud, scams, phishing, abuse, unauthorized automation, and security threats;
-
Enforcing the Q Lounge Terms of Service and community rules;
-
Diagnosing technical problems and improving the stability and performance of Q Lounge;
-
Complying with applicable laws, lawful requests, and regulatory obligations; and
-
Protecting the rights, safety, and legitimate interests of the Company and Users.
The Company will not use personal information for purposes materially incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected without an appropriate legal basis or consent where required.
Article 4. Retention and Deletion of Personal Information

The Company retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was processed or for the period required under applicable law.

When personal information is no longer necessary, the Company will delete or otherwise dispose of it without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.

Where applicable law requires certain information to be retained for a specified period, the Company may retain such information separately for the legally required period.

Information necessary for the investigation of fraud, security incidents, disputes, or violations may be retained for a reasonable period where permitted by applicable law.

Public blockchain records are not controlled solely by the Company. Transactions already recorded on a public or decentralized blockchain may remain publicly accessible even after a User deletes a Q Lounge account.
Article 5. Deletion of Personal Information
When personal information is required to be deleted, the Company will take reasonable measures to ensure that the information cannot be restored or reproduced, subject to applicable technical and legal requirements.
Electronic records may be securely deleted using appropriate technical methods, and physical records, if any, may be destroyed using appropriate methods.
Article 6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Company does not sell Users’ personal information.
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except where:

The User has provided valid consent;

Disclosure is necessary to provide a service requested by the User;

Disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law;
-
Disclosure is required in response to a lawful request from a court, law enforcement authority, or regulatory authority; or
-
Another lawful basis for disclosure exists.
Where separate consent is legally required, the Company will provide the relevant information and obtain consent before the disclosure.
Article 7. Service Providers and Processing Entrustment
The Company may use third-party service providers to support the operation of Q Lounge, including providers of:

Cloud hosting and infrastructure;

Authentication services;
-
Database services;
-
Security and fraud-prevention services;
-
Analytics and error-monitoring services;
-
Customer support systems; and
-
Other technical services necessary to operate Q Lounge.
Where such providers process personal information on behalf of the Company, the Company will take appropriate measures required by applicable law to protect Users’ personal information.
Information regarding material processing arrangements may be disclosed separately where required by applicable law.
Article 8. Third-Party Services and X Content
Q Lounge may display, embed, link to, or otherwise provide access to posts or other content from MAIQ’s official account on X or other third-party services.
When a User interacts with third-party content or follows a link to a third-party service, the third party may process information according to its own privacy policy.
The Company is not responsible for independent privacy practices of third-party services that are outside the Company’s control.
Article 9. Cross-Border Processing and Transfer
Some service providers used to operate Q Lounge may operate servers or infrastructure outside the Republic of Korea.
Where personal information is transferred or processed outside the Republic of Korea, the Company will comply with applicable requirements concerning overseas transfers of personal information, including notice or consent requirements where applicable.
Details regarding recipients, countries, purposes, methods, categories of information transferred, and retention periods will be disclosed where required by applicable law.
Article 10. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Q Lounge may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies where necessary to:

Maintain login sessions;

Remember User preferences;
-
Maintain security;
-
Prevent fraudulent or abusive activity;
-
Understand how Q Lounge is used; and
-
Improve Service performance and reliability.
Users may be able to restrict certain cookies through their browser or device settings. Restricting essential technologies may cause certain Q Lounge features to function improperly.
Article 11. Protection of Personal Information
The Company implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, misuse, or destruction.
Such measures may include, where appropriate:

Access controls;
-
Authentication and authorization controls;
-
Encryption;
-
Security monitoring;
-
Logging;
-
Vulnerability management;
-
Employee access restrictions; and
-
Procedures for responding to security incidents.
However, no internet-based service or electronic storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Article 12. User Rights
Subject to applicable law, Users may have the right to:

Request access to their personal information;
-
Request correction of inaccurate information;
-
Request deletion of personal information;
-
Request suspension of certain processing activities;
-
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and
-
Exercise other rights provided under applicable privacy laws.
Users may submit privacy-related requests through the contact method designated by the Company.
The Company may take reasonable steps to verify the identity of the person making a request before processing it.
Article 13. Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Q Lounge account through the method provided by the Company.
Upon account deletion, personal information associated with the account will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Certain information may continue to be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for purposes permitted by law.
Public blockchain records cannot generally be deleted or modified by the Company once recorded on the applicable Blockchain Network.
Article 14. Chat Privacy and Safety

Users should understand that messages posted in public or community chat areas may be visible to other Users.

Users should not post personal, confidential, financial, or security-sensitive information in public chats.

The Company may process chat information to the extent reasonably necessary to operate the Chat Service, investigate reports, prevent scams or abuse, enforce Q Lounge rules, and comply with applicable law.

Users must never share private keys or seed phrases through Q Lounge.

The Company may preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, phishing, security incidents, or violations of the Terms of Service, subject to applicable law.
Article 15. Children and Minors
Q Lounge is not intended for use by persons who do not meet the minimum age requirements applicable to the Service.
Where parental or legal guardian consent is required under applicable law for the processing of a minor’s personal information, the Company will process such information only in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
The Company may restrict access to certain Digital Asset-related features based on age or other legal requirements.
Article 16. Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Company may amend this Privacy Policy where necessary due to changes in the Service, applicable laws, technologies, or Company practices.
If material changes are made, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice through Q Lounge or another appropriate method.
Where legally required, additional consent will be obtained before applying certain changes.
Article 17. Privacy Inquiries
Users may contact the Company regarding personal information, privacy rights, complaints, or other privacy-related matters through the official customer support or privacy contact channel designated by the Company.
The Company will endeavor to respond to legitimate privacy inquiries in accordance with applicable law.
Supplementary Provision
This Privacy Policy shall become effective on September 11, 2026.
